IMPD Chief Paul Ciesielski says a listening device and surveillance camera found in Deputy Chief William Benjamin's office during a sweep of it this week was inavertently left behind in his office by a prior occupant and was not operable. Nonetheless, he tells the media the investigation of the incident will proceed.
